With more than 20 years of sales experience, Diane Dobski is an accomplished professional who brings a wealth of capabilities to her real estate clients. Diane embarked on her career path at an early age working in her family’s McDonald’s business. Starting as an hourly employee and rising to become a manager, she completed all of the company’s highly-regarded regional and national training courses. Along the way, Diane honed skills that benefit her clients to this day. She learned the importance of having efficient, well-organized systems and how to engage easily with people from all cultures and backgrounds
Never one to stop learning, Diane earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Illinois State University, completed Loyola University’s Paralegal Certification program with honors, and worked as a paralegal for 8 years. With her keen ability to review and negotiate legal contracts, Diane’s real estate clients come to their transactions with the best possible guide and advocate.
Since earning her real estate license more than a decade ago, Diane has continued her professional development to ensure that her clients receive unequalled expertise and service. She passed the Managing Broker Exam in 2021 and holds certifications as a Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource and Broker Price Opinion Resource. And with her e-Pro designation, buyers and sellers can be assured that Diane is an expert in the best uses of current real estate technologies.
Even with her extensive business acumen and technical expertise, it is perhaps Diane’s passion for real estate that truly impresses. She engages easily with people and is proud of the many enduring client relationships that she has forged over the years. Deeply satisfied when a client’s home is sold for top dollar, she also shares the excitement that first-time buyers have when they close on their dream home. With her hands-on approach, she steadfastly guides her clients throughout their entire transaction.
As a strong believer in giving back, Diane also devotes her time and energy to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation. When she is not working with her real estate clients or volunteering, Diane loves to take advantage of all that Chicago has to offer. She enjoys the city’s many summer festivals, the beauty of its parks in fall, and its wealth of dining and cultural experiences.
