About Craig
Craig Fallico is one of a kind. He has been a successful broker since 1981 and has helped thousands of clients and friends achieve their real estate goals. As a former teacher and coach of 36 years, Craig believes that his previous careers and long-time real estate success are intertwined—no matter what, it’s about educating and motivating the people that you care about.
Craig learned the ropes of the industry early on. His father began his real estate career in the late 1960s, and the two worked side-by-side for many years as the principals of Fallico Real Estate. The family business now continues at Dream Town, where Craig and his son, Nick, work together as the leaders of top-producing Team Fallico. The team specializes in residential, investment/multi-family, condos, foreclosures, short sales, new construction and commercial/mixed use properties. Today, Team Fallico has been featured in Chicago Magazine, Crain’s Chicago Business, Chicago Agent Magazine, Real Producers Magazine, and Top Agent Magazine—and the list of accolades continues to grow.
Craig has built his four decades of success on hard work, integrity, and honesty, drawing on this experience to ensure that each of his clients achieve a result that is nothing short of perfect. He takes the time to get to know his clients, and truly cares about them and their dreams. Craig was born and raised on the northwest side of Chicago and has lived most of his life in Park Ridge but ask him about the times he spent living in Spain. Craig is fluent in Spanish, and one of his life goals is to visit every Spanish-speaking country in the world—18 down, 3 to go!
