Kyle has called Chicago home since 1989, and loves every aspect of living in the area. He is thrilled to bring this passion for his hometown with him into his real estate career. Kyle spent over a decade in hospitality as an owner/operator of a successful franchise group. His years in small business helped him develop an arsenal of skills, including a deep understanding of the importance of customer service. Kyle learned how to grow his business from the ground up—he began his hospitality career with 1 store in 2011, and by the end of 2018 he was successfully managing 17 stores. An expert negotiator, Kyle’s drive and entrepreneurial spirit offer his clients peace of mind every step of the way.
As a member of The Shimmon Group, Kyle is proud to partner with his sister Lauren to help his clients find their dream home. Specializing in residential real estate, Kyle draws on his expertise in the Chicagoland market to help his clients navigate the buying and selling process. Kyle believes the key to his success is building long-term relationships with his clients, and credits these connections with his ability to guide them to their dream home or ideal investment.
Kyle is a University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign alum, and enjoys spending his free time exploring the city’s incredible restaurant scene. As a former student athlete—he played competitive soccer for most of his life—Kyle loves to cheer on his favorite hometown sports teams every chance he gets.
