Meet Nadine Acevedo, an experienced real estate professional with skills and capabilities that were developed while serving her community as a law enforcement officer and teacher. Having worked with public in these demanding roles for more than two decades, Nadine has honed her exceptional ability to communicate and build rapport with a wide range of clients and other real estate professionals. Ethical and compassionate, she is a creative problem-solver, a sharp negotiator, and a resilient advocate for her client’s interests.
Nadine traces her passion for real estate to her teen years: watching her older brother, a carpenter, renovate neglected underappreciated buildings and convert them into beautiful, enchanting living spaces. Deeply inspired, she purchased her first 3-flat in Ravenswood at the age of 22, followed by a 3-story Lincoln Square Victorian just a few years later. Now with more than three decades of personal real estate experience, she understands the unique needs and concerns of buyers, sellers, and investors—and guides them through each step of their transaction with confidence and ease. Her knowledge of the Chicagoland real estate market is unmatched, and she has a unique gift for helping sellers attract buyers and assisting her buyers to envision what is attractive about a house.
Spanish-speaking clients will be pleased to know that Nadine is bilingual and able to assist them in either language with even the most complex real estate transaction. A strong believer in community engagement and professional networking, she is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors and the Puerto Rican Policeman Association. Born and raised in Chicago, her knowledge of the region is vast and deep—from Ravenswood and Lincoln Square to Forest Glen and Portage Park.
