Since 1969, three generations have built a reputation for integrity, expertise, and results in the Chicagoland market. As a third-generation full-time broker, Nick Fallico brings a deep passion for the business and a relentless work ethic that sets him apart. Together with his father, Craig Fallico, Nick leads one of the top-producing teams at Baird & Warner, consistently ranked #1 in total sales and volume across the company.

Based in Park Ridge and serving the Northwest Suburbs and Northwest Side of Chicago, Team Fallico specializes in all facets of real estate—residential, investment and multi-family properties, new construction, commercial/mixed-use, and condominiums. Their exceptional performance and market presence have earned them recognition in Chicago Magazine, Crain’s Chicago Business, Top Agent Magazine, and multiple nominations for Best Team and Best Website by Chicago Agent Magazine.

A former Division I scholarship athlete, Nick brings the same discipline, leadership, and competitive drive to real estate. Known for being the first to arrive and the last to leave the office, his strategic thinking, marketing acumen, and collaborative spirit have made him a trusted resource among peers and a mentor to many within the industry.

Beyond real estate, Nick is a passionate community leader. He serves as Program Director of one of the top youth wrestling clubs in the country—currently the largest club in Illinois and Top 50 nationally— where his athletes have gone on to reach All-State, State Champions, All-Americans, and even a World Champion. His commitment to mentorship and youth development reflects the same dedication he brings to his clients.

Nick is deeply involved in civic life as a Platinum Member of the Park Ridge Chamber of Commerce, where he will serve as President in 2026, leading over 400 local member businesses. He is also active in a number of local organizations, including charitable initiatives, food pantries, youth sports programs, and the Park District.

A proud resident of the community he serves, Nick lives in Park Ridge with his wife and two children.
