Chris joined the Dream Town team as a Residential Specialist. In this role, he works with clients to both buy and sell properties in many established and emerging Chicago neighborhoods and suburbs. As a lifetime resident in the Chicagoland area, Chris has an appreciation for Chicago's diversity and knows what Chicago has to offer his clients.
Prior to joining Dream Town, Chris worked in hotel and restaurant management for 15+ years. His experience in the service industry has translated well into his role as a Residential Specialist, allowing him to understand and serve his clients with his knowledge, intuition and energetic personality.
By always listening carefully to his clients and understanding the current marketplace, Chris' vision goes above and beyond selling homes. With his approach of building honest relationships with his clients, Chris will keep their best interests at heart and identify the most appropriate options to match them with the home of their dreams.
Chris was great! He made buying my first house (from out of state, no less) super easy and went above and beyond, going to so many showings and always be super responsive, despite the time difference. Not to mention, he always kept my hopes up after several offers being rejected. And finally, he was there for me at the closing table too. So, I canâ??t say enough good things about him!

I have worked with Chris several times, both as a buyer and as a seller. Working with Chris is like working with a close friend and personal advisor. He is truly committed to guiding you through the process of selling or purchasing a home in a way that is as pleasant and drama-free as possible. He didn't steer me in any particular direction, but he always gave valuable advise when asked, even if it was not what I wanted to hear or it wasn't in his best interest. In fact, I never felt like he had any personal motive other than making sure that he was supporting me as best he could. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. One of our friends recommended Chris and we can’t thank them enough! He patiently explained every step of the home buying process to us and gave us step-by-step instructions on how to proceed. Also, he was always prompt in replying at any time of the day or evening. We felt so comfortable with Chris. He was great about making appointments immediately, he always got back to us, and his advice was incredibly useful. Kevin Brewer As this year is ending and we are starting a new one. I cannot emphasize how much we are thankful for Chris in 2022. I would like to leave more details, but he went above and beyond every weekend for well over a month trying to find a great location for us. We are/Iâ??m super picky and it didnâ??t discourage him or get on his nerves. At least in person. Ha ha Itâ??s not like he was about to make a ton of money on this transaction because we were only looking to rent. We cannot speak highly enough or recommend a person like this enough to anyone in the market looking for a home. The greatest real estate agent I have ever dealt with, and itâ??s not about the money he makes. His focus is his clients and thatâ??s incredible in any business. We will always use him what a great person he is.
