Beverly Bahm is a dedicated and accomplished broker with over 20 years of experience in the Chicagoland real estate market. With a Computer Science background and a prior career as a Programmer and Business Analyst, Beverly brings a strategic and analytical mindset to her real estate practice. An excellent communicator who believes that her best client is an educated client, she shares her extensive real estate knowledge and keen data insights to empower clients with the confidence they need to make informed decisions. She is a skilled negotiator and a creative problem solver who can make things happen, overcoming obstacles in order to get her clients to the finish line. Her role as a trusted advisor and steadfast advocate has led many clients to consider her their “real estate consultant for life.”

Beverly’s dedication to delivering superior outcomes for her clients is reflected in her own commitment to professional development. In addition to her broker’s license, she is an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE). A Lakeview resident for more than three decades, Beverly’s extensive knowledge of Chicago’s diverse city neighborhoods and suburban communities is another key benefit she brings to her clients. For Beverly, real estate is not simply about making the sale; it’s about doing the right thing. She genuinely loves helping people through major life changes and consistently goes above and beyond to achieve her clients’ real estate goals—whether they are buying or selling a home or seeking to invest.

A strong believer in giving back to her peers and community, Beverly has served in a variety of leadership roles including Committee Chair for the Chicago Association of REALTORS® Professional Advisory Group and Director of New Broker Training at Dream Town. She is also a member of the Chicago Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee.

Originally from Ohio, Beverly moved to Chicago in 1989. Now having fallen in love with everything about the city, especially its diverse cultures and communities, she gains great joy in helping her clients to find a place in this amazing city that they can call home. Outside of work, Beverly never tires of taking advantage of all that Chicagoland has to offer, from its world-class cultural institutions and thriving culinary scene to its many art and music festivals. She is also an avid traveler and has a history of creating one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces.
