She oversees systems, listing launches, marketing campaigns, and client communication strategies to ensure every aspect of the business runs seamlessly. After five years with the Karen Schwartz Group and a career rooted in client service, Icelyn takes pride in highlighting the team’s strengths and sharing their genuine enthusiasm for Chicago real estate.
Outside of work, Icelyn loves exploring all that Chicago has to offer. She enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, watching movies, and taking midday walks - especially when they include a stop at her favorite coffee shop, Doppio.
