Mariah Naella blends vision and practicality in her role as a Dream Town broker. With years of hands-on experience as a multifamily property owner and manager, she understands the nuances of real estate from the inside out – how value is assessed and how to recognize potential others might overlook.

She graduated with an interdisciplinary B.A. in Marketing / Art + Design, and built a wide-ranging foundation in creative direction, brand strategy, hospitality, and photography. She’s led teams, launched brands, and worked closely with clients across industries, honing her ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and anticipate what will drive their decisions.

This experience shapes how Mariah supports her clients, whether preparing a listing to stand out in a crowded market or helping buyers move forward with confidence, she works to understand priorities and make the process as seamless as possible. Her approach is rooted in a genuine appreciation for aesthetics, the lasting value of real estate, and the personal significance of where and how people choose to live.

On a personal note ~ Mariah has called Chicago home for nearly two decades and now lives in Oak Park with her husband and son, where she volunteers at his school and stays involved with their local community garden. She loves exploring the city by motorcycle and will happily swap restaurant picks or music recommendations between showings. From the lakefront and green spaces to the vibrant art scene and global eats tucked into every neighborhood, she has a deep appreciation for everything that makes Chicago and the surrounding suburbs so special.
