Prior to earning her broker’s license, Tulip enjoyed a successful retail career, honing her professional skills across a variety of roles including sales, purchasing and management. During this time, Tulip also engaged in her family’s business—where her resolute determination helped them thrive even when the general economy struggled.
Transitioning to a real estate career was a natural step for Tulip, and gives her Dream Town clients the benefit of her many capabilities. As the eldest child of second-generation Korean American parents, Tulip has always been taught to forge her own path and to embrace diversity.
