Kemi Daramola
About Kemi
Born and raised in Chicago, Kemi Daramola has a deep understanding of the city’s neighborhoods, people, and opportuni es. Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, she brings a passion for real estate and a commitment to helping her clients navigate some of life’s most important transitions—whether that’s leasing a first apartment, upgrading to a larger condo, or selling the longtime family home.
Before entering real estate, Kemi worked as a substance use counselor, developing exceptional public service and relational skills. Her experience supporting individuals and families in diverse communities provides her with a unique perspective on client needs, empathy, and problem-solving. She understands the challenges her clients face and approaches every transaction with compassion, insight, and dedication.
Real estate is more than a career for Kemi—it’s a way to connect people and build community. Inspired by her father, a longtime property manager, she loves helping young adults take the first step into independent living, as well as assisting families and individuals in achieving their long-term housing goals. Her clients value her determination, perseverance, and ability to tackle challenges others might shy away from, making even complex or difficult situations feel manageable and guided.
Known for her resilience, resourcefulness, and energetic approach, Kemi brings creativity and tenacity to every aspect of her work. Whether helping clients find their first home or navigating the intricacies of Chicago’s real estate market, she is commited to delivering results while ensuring each person she works with feels supported, informed, and empowered.
Outside of her work, Kemi enjoys exploring new hobbies (currently learning to juggle!) and continually pushing herself to grow, adapt, and embrace life’s lessons. For her, success isn’t just about transactions—it’s about the relationships she builds, the communities she helps shape, and the lives she positively impacts along the way.
