Previously, Tyris spent nine years as a flooring manager at Menards. Like the restaurant business, it was a career that sharpened his business acumen, client-focused customer service skills, ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and, most importantly, how to help others achieve their goals. Indeed, his keen abilities helped his branch to grow into one of the top 20 stores among more than 300 locations.
Tyris is also a savvy entrepreneur, investor and property owner who has hosted a number of real estate seminars. Finding great satisfaction in helping others to succeed in real estate as he has done was perhaps the most significant of the many factors that led Tyris to earn his broker’s license.
