Dan Fowler is an experienced and accomplished broker who brings his deep Chicago roots and a straightforward, client-first approach to residential real estate. Born and raised on Chicago’s North Side, Dan grew up in Rogers Park and has an intimate understanding of the city and its many distinct neighborhoods. While he has worked with clients throughout Chicagoland, he specializes in Chicago’s North Side, the North Shore, and Northwest suburbs.
Dan began his career in real estate in 2009 after obtaining his license to acquire and manage investment properties of his own. His prior experience in property management, finance, and the food and beverage industry gave him a well-rounded foundation and the ability to understand both the people and business sides of a transaction. What then evolved into helping friends and family quickly developed into a passion for guiding others through the real estate process.
Known for his honesty, integrity, and excellent communication, Dan is a trusted advisor who puts his clients’ best interests first. He takes the time to explain the nuances of each transaction, educate clients about their options, and provide candid advice so they can make informed decisions with confidence. His nearly 350 personal transactions have given him the experience and problem-solving skills to anticipate potential hurdles, negotiate effectively, and keep transactions moving smoothly toward the closing table.
Dan’s commitment to his clients has earned consistent recognition as a Chicago Association of REALTORS® Top Producer since 2013, as well as recognition among the top 1% of agents in the Chicagoland area. Yet for Dan, success is ultimately measured by the relationships he builds. He strives to make every transaction as seamless and stress-free as possible while remaining a resource for his clients long after their closing.
Outside of real estate, Dan enjoys everything Chicago has to offer, from its restaurants and music venues to the Lakefront Trail, beaches, and Chicago Riverwalk. A lifelong Cubs fan, he considers iconic Wrigley Field a second home. A firm believer in giving back, Dan is also active with several community organizations, including PAWS Chicago, Misericordia, and the Danny Did Foundation.
