Esther earned her bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign before completing a master's degree in User Experience (UX) Research & Design at the University of Michigan, along with a graduate certificate in Extended Reality (XR). Her education and professional background as an Art Director in the advertising industry sharpened her skills in project management, client communication, creative problem-solving, and attention to detail. Working with cross-functional teams strengthened her ability to coordinate complex projects while keeping clients informed and confident every step of the way.
Inspired by her own outstanding home-buying experience, Esther was drawn to real estate with the keen desire to provide that same level of guidance and reassurance to others. She believes buying or selling a home should be an exciting milestone rather than a stressful one. By listening carefully to her clients' priorities, advocating for their best interests, and negotiating strategically on their behalf, she works to create a seamless, low-stress experience from the first conversation through closing.
