About Tim

Having lived in the city his whole life—specifically on the north and northwest side—Tim views his deep understanding and knowledge of the area’s unique neighborhoods and architectural offerings as an asset to each of his clients. As a freelance photographer and graphic designer, Tim learned quite a bit about the real estate industry before deciding to pursue his own career as a licensed real estate broker. Tim’s creative marketing background has given him a unique approach to real estate, utilizing this innovative vision to help his clients achieve their real estate goals.

Tim adopts a customer first mindset with every client, ensuring that they are confident throughout each step of the process. Tim is able to tailor his approach to each client and property, helping his clients navigate the buying and selling process with ease. From residential to commercial real estate and beyond, Tim knows that buying and selling can be a stressful time, and he works tirelessly to provide his clients with a stress-free transaction.

Tim founded a successful art and print studio in Chicago—he can often be found there when not at Dream Town—and enjoys flexing some creative muscle outside of his real estate career. In his free time, Tim loves exploring the city with his family, from hitting the beaches in the summer to a new culinary experience, or attending a gallery opening, he is always ready for an adventure in his hometown.
