Stephanie helped us decide how to best stage the condo. I painted, wall papered, changed out light fixtures and made everything look new with cleaning as she requested. She brought in flowers, made beds, put dishes in the dishwasher (when I forgot or wasn't prepared) and even watched our two cats when we were out of town. She really put a lot of effort in to getting our hard to sell condo sold. With the four flat, there were only a few suggestions on how to stage the building that we completed. She was very considerate of my great tenants to make sure that her showings did not inconvenience or surprise them. Amazing realtor....Competent, savvy negotiator, reliable, trustworthy, kind, smart and readily available are words that we have used to describe Stephanie's work with us in a search that was actually started and completed in just short of two months. We found her online two years prior to actually needing to go through with a condo purchase in Evanston, and through that time she patiently kept in touch.
