Samit Biswas has lived in Chicago since 2004 and has developed refined tastes. He's a bit of a "foodie" and loves all the great restaurants at your fingertips throughout the area. Since moving to the city, Samit's traversed Chicago from South Loop to Lincoln Park, Lakeview up to Andersonville. He's gotten a taste for it all.

Samit earned his Bachelor's in Finance and Real Estate from DePaul University and immediately went to work as a commodities trader. But Samit always had a passion for real estate and imagined putting his finance background to work for his clients. His experience and education make him a natural resource for investment in real estate.

Samit also has a keen eye for interior design. He currently works part-time as a project manager for an interior design company, which allows him to envision any space's potential. He can recognize a property with great bones that needs just a bit of work to make it amazing. He can visualize potential renovations, changes, and upgrades that can make a house your dream home.
