About Qin

Real estate has always been a passion for Qin, who grew up surround by family friends that were in the industry—the same family friends went on to help support her through her first transactions after becoming a licensed real estate broker in 2018! An accomplished classical musician, Qin holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in music performance from Indiana University Bloomington, as well as a Marketing certificate from DePaul University. Her experience in store management and teaching has given Qin a unique set of skills tailored to success in the real estate industry, with her expertise including social media marketing and business development. Qin is also bilingual, and speaks fluent Chinese! 

Qin’s love of Chicago architecture and the city’s many unique neighborhoods is clear to everyone that meets her. She believes the right home is out there for each of her clients, and works diligently to help them achieve their real estate goals. Being able to provide her clients with a stress-free transaction from start to finish is a priority for Qin, who prides herself on advocating for her clients needs to ensure they get the best deal. Qin enjoys being a part of this milestone in her clients’ lives, and finds fulfillment in helping them find their dream home or ideal investment. 

In her free time, Qin loves to explore the city and can often be found wandering along Michigan Avenue. She appreciates Chicago’s unique architecture, and enjoys the city’s many boat tours. Qin also loves to spend time with friends and family along the lakefront.
