Omar Mohiudin is an accomplished real estate professional whose clients benefit greatly from his prior careers in sales and banking. It was this second job working with mortgages that led him to become a broker nearly five years ago, spurred by his desire to assist clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process. But it’s not just Omar’s understanding of the ins-and-outs of financing that give him an edge. Indeed, Omar augments his unique experience with a firmly client-centric approach and a clear understanding that buying or selling a home is an emotional, highly significant and often life-changing decision. 

Keenly aware of the importance of relationship-building, Omar advocates tirelessly on behalf of his clients, ensuring that they are fully supported during every step of the buying or selling process. He derives great satisfaction from helping people to find their new sanctuary and feels truly honored to be a part of that journey. Whether they are first-time home buyers or savvy investors, Omar’s clients know that he will always go above and beyond, as he recently did by proactively negotiating an off-market deal so that his clients could purchase their dream home, one that had been off the market for six months. 

Born in Naperville, Omar moved into the city where he earned his degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Having lived in a variety of neighborhoods from Lincoln Park and Lakeview to Uptown and Old Irving Park, Omar now resides in River North. He understands the distinctive character of each of Chicago’s many neighborhoods and suburbs, and takes pride in his ability to share this knowledge and offer steady guidance. Hindi and Urdu-speaking clients may be delighted to know that Omar is conversant in both of these languages.
