About Nicole

Nicole Haisma transitioned into her real estate career after successfully working in sales and business management in the wine and spirits industry. While working as the state manager for a liquor company, she developed an exceptional aptitude for negotiating and building strong relationships with both buyers and sellers. She received her degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Missouri. 

Nicole prides herself on being an upbeat and confident advocate for her clients’ best interests. She is a skilled communicator and provides prompt follow-up and guidance throughout each step of the sales process. Nicole excels at discovering her clients’ wants and needs and translating them into successful transactions.

Nicole loves Chicago and her passion for her city shows. She generously shares her wealth of knowledge about the city with people looking to enter Chicago’s residential or commercial real estate market. She herself has been a resident for over 11 years and her family is from the Chicago area.  She has particular understanding of the market within the dynamic River North area, but is always ready to help her clients explore any of the city’s diverse and attractive neighborhoods. Nicole also offers specific expertise in the needs of luxury buyers and sellers. She is very well connected and has a large network of friends and professional acquaintances.

Outside of her career in real estate, Nicole is an enthusiastic volunteer and is especially devoted to her work with Meal on Wheels Chicago, where she sits on the Associate Board.  She loves exploring the many social and cultural offerings of this dynamic city, especially visiting her husband's bars and restaurants and the city’s many summer festivals. To relax and stay fit, Nicole enjoys going for runs and walks with her Boston terrier, Villa.
