LaNita Hudgins provides an exceptional level of service to her real estate clients, having developed strong customer communication and relationship skills through years of experience in the hotel and hospitality management industry. The time she spent working for such major hotel chains as Starwood, Hyatt, and Hilton rendered her highly capable of guiding both buyers and sellers through each step and detail of their transaction. LaNita is always ready to listen to her clients’ needs, counsel them through any concerns, and provide her expertise in financial management.

LaNita first decided to pursue a career in real estate after purchasing her first home. She was drawn to the entrepreneurial aspects of the work, and enjoyed the opportunity to develop, manage, and maintain her own business. She handles both commercial and residential property throughout Chicago and its suburbs, focusing particularly on the sale, purchase, and leasing of Chicago condos. A resident of the city for two decades, LaNita is especially versed in the real estate markets of Uptown, Andersonville, Edgewater, and the lake-adjacent North Shore suburbs.

Outside of her real estate career, LaNita participates in a variety of outdoor activities and loves sports, while being an active member in community organizations.   She also enjoys discovering new technology and taking on DIY projects.
