Jess Kaspar comes to the real estate profession with the knowledge, dedication and capabilities needed to help her clients achieve their goals. After earning her Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Missouri, Jess worked in sales and customer service where she honed a variety of skills that promise enormous benefit for both buyers and sellers alike. Helping sales managers and other associates to meet their goals, she learned that her own personal and professional success is predicated upon helping others to succeed. She developed the keen ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and sharpened her strong communication skills. By keeping customers’ needs front and center of every transaction, Jess developed enduring relationships with both colleagues and clients that were built on trust and integrity.

Now having earned her broker’s license, Jess is keen to apply her many talents in a field that has long held her interest. Growing up with a skilled do-it-yourselfer, she saw firsthand how her father could realize the potential of any house - and turn it into a home. With this same vision, discipline and perseverance, Jess is a remarkable broker who can help clients visualize the possibilities inherent in any property - whether it’s the best way maximize the space and floorplan of a brand new, move-in-ready house or how an affordable 3-flat fixer-upper might be turned into the perfect income-generating home.

Born and raised in the Chicago suburbs and now living on the North Side, Jess is passionate about the city she calls home – and always ready to share her personal insights and broad knowledge. When she’s not working, she is an avid reader who has found camaraderie, fun and enrichment in a number of book clubs over the years. She is a strong believer in giving back to the community and has been a member of running clubs that raise money for a variety of local charities. She herself has completed a half-marathon and looks forward to completing her first full marathon.
