Jenny Teckchandani developed several vital skills in her prior career as a Chicago Public School teacher that have helped her immensely in her work as a broker. She provides her clients with a strong sense of organization and planning, listening closely to their needs and breaking down the complex process of a home transaction into manageable steps. Jenny has a keen understanding of the city’s market trends through both her personal and professional experiences, and she excels at helping people navigate the residential real estate of the city. Whether buying or selling, her clients can rely on her to be a calm, knowledgeable advocate, ready to be flexible for first-time buyers, families with children, and people relocating from out of town.

A resident of Chicago for over two decades, Jenny has lived in Rogers Park, Lincoln Park, the South Loop, and West Town, and offers expertise on these neighborhoods as well as others within the city. Outside of her work as a broker, Jenny enjoys indulging her passion for fine art, especially printmaking and mixed media, as well as travel and exploring the city. Jenny is also an avid birdwatcher and a proud finisher of the Chicago Marathon.
