Jenny Dwyer moved into her real estate career after a decade of working within the accounting industry, including a position within a retail real estate investment company. Her experience provided her with an array of skills and insights that she now uses to guide her clients as a real estate broker.
She provides great attention to detail, listens closely, and does thorough research to find the right strategy to help her clients achieve their goals. Having personal experience as a homebuyer in the city, Jenny has made it her priority to keep a close eye on market trends, using this expertise to help her clients make educated decisions during their homebuying or selling process.
A resident of Chicago since 2011, Jenny has explored and lived in several different city neighborhoods. She currently owns a condo in Old Town, and offers particular understanding of the real estate market within the near-north side neighborhoods, including Streeterville and Lincoln Park. In her spare time, Jenny enjoys exploring the city’s local craft breweries, seeing comedy shows at Second City & Zanies, and is a member of the Chicago chapter of Miami University’s Alumni association. She also enjoys yoga, running, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, her boyfriend, and their English bulldog Emma.
We worked with Jenny to find a single family home in Bridgeport. We landed the house of our dreams thanks to Jenny. We have purchased several homes in the past and have worked with some "heavy hitter" realtors. Jenny surpassed our expectations and the performance of the realtors we've worked with in the past. She was very informative and patient in relation to our search. She was extremely professional and always on time. Jenny's passion for helping people find their dream home was very apparent early on. I cannot rave about Jenny enough!!! Not only did she help me find my dream apartment in a new city, but she was so responsive to all of my questions and apartment needs along the way. She was also there for me throughout the ENTIRE process. She was great at answering any and all questions I had about the renting process in Chicago and she even helped me with paperwork questions I had once we found my future apartment. I cannot recommend Jenny enough and will definitely be using her for any future apartment hunting needs!

She also went above and beyond in scheduling viewings on short notice and going to viewings for me when I was out of town! 10 out 10 would recommend!
