Jan Corpuz brings years of experience as a mortgage consultant to his work as a real estate broker, providing him with insight on not only the particulars of buying or selling property, but the nuances of financing throughout the transaction. He also currently works as a Product Analyst for a Skokie-based IT company, a profession that demands an eye for detail and exceptional customer service—skills that he applies to his interactions with real estate clients. Jan’s client-focused approach to his business is inspired in part by the way his father managed his insurance business for over 30 years, with a priority on knowing each of his customers and treating them with respect and dedication.

As a lifelong resident of Chicago’s north side, Jan appreciates the unique markets and opportunities to be found in the city. He’s always excited to help people discover what neighborhoods have to offer in terms of housing, schools, entertainment, and more. Jan has particular knowledge of the North Center / St. Ben’s area—and he’s committed to gaining expertise in any neighborhood he works within.

When he’s not working on his real estate business, Jan enjoys several athletic pursuits, including baseball, basketball, biking, softball, and golf. He currently lives with his family in the Old Irving neighborhood.
