Ieasha McMullan transitioned into a real estate career after extensive experience in two high-touch service professions. Working in hospitality and then as a sales and service consultant for an auto dealership helped her to develop and hone a variety of skills that would lead to success in real estate. From effective negotiating techniques and the sharp eye to carefully review documents, Ieasha possesses both the expertise and the aptitude to help her clients buy and sell real estate. She is a true problem solver, able to guide her clients through the sales or purchase process with minimum stress. Moreover, she is gregarious by nature and genuinely loves working with people.

After making the decision to pursue a brokerage career, Ieasha earned her real estate certificate and joined Dream Town, eager to help clients with some of the most important decisions of their lives. She possesses a keen attention for detail and is highly self-motivated. She firmly believes that her clients’ needs and interests are of paramount importance and will advocate resolutely on their behalf. Ieasha connects easily with people and is adept at providing clients with the knowledge and insights that are necessary for them to make informed decisions.

Growing up in the Chicago suburbs and living in the city for the past 17 years, Ieasha is both knowledgeable and passionate about her hometown.
