I wish I could give these two 10 stars. If you are looking to sell or buy on the North Shore this is the team for you. My family has worked with them for years and I couldn't pick a better team. We've worked with Heidi in buying and selling a house and both times we had about a 6-week time frame in which to work. She handled us like a total pro. In each case we developed a specific game plan and vision. In first selling our house to make a cross-country move, she totally set us up for success: priced it perfectly (multiple offers first few days), well-marketed, stunning brochure and assisted with fantastic staging. Recently, when moving back to the area we needed something very quickly. Despite a limited inventory for our budget she went above and beyond and found something that exceeded our expectations (not easy to do when we weren't even available to preview homes in person). She always made us feel like we were a top priority. Best possible experience on both buying and selling! We are so grateful for the level of care and service she provided. She really managed to take the stress out of the process for us.

Heidi and Marty analyzed the market, including both supply and demand, and correctly advised us to list earlier rather than later. This was a non-traditional call, but highly advantageous to us because there was high demand. We got a ton of showings and ultimately a great price. Another thing that impressed me was that Heidi and Marty were very steady hands during some tough negotiation situations. Our buyers were, at times, difficult, but Heidi and Marty were invariably steady, calm and wise, bringing high levels of professionalism to these challenging situations. They managed us well, too! They calmed us when we were stressed out by the process. Finally, Heidi and Marty were just incredibly dedicated, thorough and detail-oriented throughout the listing and sale.
