Born and raised in Chicago with roots in the city’s westside neighborhoods of Garfield Park, Humboldt Park, and Austin, Erick utilizes his extensive knowledge of the city and suburbs to help his clients navigate the buying and selling process. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate broker, Erick worked in education as a Student Finance Consultant where he deepened his knowledge of finance and honed his problem-solving skills to help his clients succeed. Erick was always interested in the real estate industry, and made the decision to transition career paths allowing him to combine his passion for the market with his business acumen.
Erick works tirelessly for his clients, whether he’s helping new buyers find their first home, selling a property for those looking to make a move, or finding investors multi-unit, mixed use or commercial space. He believes that connections are key to a successful transaction—Erick views his clients as a part of the family, and stays in touch well after the closing. He is a reliable resource for his clients, colleagues, and friends, always there with the latest market data and trends to help inform their home owning and selling decisions.
Erick enjoys spending his free time exploring Chicago’s world-class cultural institutions. He can often be found wandering the latest exhibits at the Art Institute, or experiencing an immersive installation at the Museum of Contemporary Art. During the summer, he loves to get outdoors and experience the bustle of the Chicago Riverwalk.
