Christine brings to Dream Town a great love for the city of Chicago. Having lived in the city and surrounding areas since childhood she brings a wealth of knowledge about many different neighborhoods, the schools, the hang-outs and even the best dog places. Christine feels that you should live in a place that is representative of the person you are, the places you like to go and the people you love to be with.
Before entering the real estate profession, Christine's professional background includes working on the floor at the Chicago Board of Trade, and radio broadcasting. She has also been an active participant in the Chicago improv scene, and is currently a little league coach and the mother of two boys. If you are just moving to Chicago, Christine is an excellent person to introduce you to our wonderful city and all that it has to offer. Christine was incredible throughout the entire process. I live in the UK, so she took care of literally everything, from helping with the furniture move, hiring the painters and advising on the color to make the place look fresh, hiring the cleaners, and recommending an absolutely fantastic lawyer to lead the closing. She was there to make sure everything went smoothly and it felt to me like she treated my condo as if it were her own. Christine explained every step of the process to me, a first-time seller, so clearly that it made me very comfortable throughout. Sheâ??s also a really nice person to work with. Christine tries to be very helpful.She kind of figured out what we really wanted.She likes to follow the rules.She doesn't push.She is kind of having difficulty renting this property.I presume it may be bad time of the year.
We are from out town so we didn't know the Chicago neighborhoods. We were looking for a condo for our daughter. Christine knew exactly what we needed and where we needed to look. We spent two days looking at 2 bedroom condos until we finally had our "Ahaa moment" and realized that we only needed a 1 bedroom. We had one day left in town and she quickly pulled together a list and we found something that day. She knew all along that we only needed a one bedroom but wanted us too realize it on our own. We went back home and she handled everything from the inspection to the closing for us. She truly cares about her clients and not the cost of the home!!
