About Anna

As a much loved and highly regarded elementary school music teacher, Anna Swiech comes to the real estate profession with an aptitude and skill set that will greatly benefit her clients. She is passionate about everything she does, extraordinarily patient, an excellent communicator – and driven to help others succeed. Informing, guiding, teaching, advising and supporting are things that all come naturally to Anna, making her a real asset whether buying or selling a home. She is steadfastly loyal and has the perseverance to stand by her clients every step of the way. Her own feelings of accomplishment come only after her clients have achieved their objectives – whether that’s maximizing the sale price of their current residence or seeing them perfectly settled into their dream home.

Anna was raised in Hickory Hills, Illinois and now calls downtown Chicago home. Knowing the ins and outs of both the suburbs and the city, she is a fount of knowledge for her clients and always eager to share her personal passions and insights about her hometown. She enjoys negotiating and advocating on behalf of others, and gains genuine satisfaction when her clients meet and exceed their goals. She is a true people-person, the consummate professional, and brings a positive uplifting attitude to every experience.

When she’s not working, Anna is a fierce beach volleyball enthusiast – playing with the same spirit of fun that she brings to every facet of her life. She is the youngest child from a generous, hard-working family that taught her the values that she lives by every day. She is also fluent in Polish, able to carry on a light congenial conversation or translate a complex real estate contract!
