Angela Ofslager has called the Chicagoland area home for several years, and enjoys being a part of her clients' home journey. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate broker, Angela owned a pet-sitting business for over a decade, where she honed her entrepreneurial skills. She developed her negotiation skills and business acumen during her tenure, bringing with her an amazing ability to advocate for her client's goals. She began her real estate career in Arizona, where she worked with a boutique brokerage specializing in investment properties.

In her free time, Angela enjoys exploring the city. She’s always on the go, often spending time hitting the lakefront trails with her dogs or discovering the next great culinary experience with her husband.

Karen is a true pro. She really knows what she is doing and is dedicated to doing things the right way. It's quickly evident she cares a lot about the transaction's success and, more importantly, the people involved. Angela Ofslager of the firm is also very helpful. My place needed some work to be done prior to putting it on the market and Karen was clear on what should be fixed and what could be sold as is. She saved me a lot of money. She also suggested how to set up the place for sale. Then we priced at what I thought would be on the high end. After a successful open house, we had 2 potential purchasers and ended up selling over list! We were under contract after only 4 days on the market. Then throughout the closing process, not only did she guide me through to a smooth closing, but kept in close contact with my lawyer to coordinate. Karen is super responsive and always patient. You cannot find a better agent if you want to sell your place.

Angela caught my attention quickly. She didn't display the aggressive salesmanship attitude we unfortunately find, too often, in todays environment. We felt relaxed with Angela, so we allowed her to do all the work and work she did. Her research attitude and her honesty were quite extraordinary and highly professional. Having owned a real estate brokerage firm in my younger years, I don't consider myself impressed very easily. Angela is on the right track by displaying confidence, professionalism, and a, protect the buyer attitude, which is certainly beyond the norm.
