Alexis Kaplan is an accomplished real estate broker who brings to her clients a wealth of other relevant professional experience. After earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications, Alexis embarked on a marketing and public relations career that took her from the world’s largest sports and entertainment marketing company to one of Chicago’s premier real estate development and management firms. Having excelled in these fast paced, people-oriented corporate environments, Alexis made the seamless transition to real estate.

Now, nearly ten years later, Alexis is just as passionate about being a broker as she was a decade ago when she first earned her license. She is a firm believer in the personal touch, something that her sellers truly appreciate - knowing that Alexis will personally be on-hand for nearly every showing. She brings this same dedication when negotiating and advocating fiercely on behalf of buyers, sharing her deep knowledge and expertise to find them their dream home. She especially loves working with people who are relocating to Chicago – introducing them to the city she knows and loves and sharing her favorite places and resources. Alexis understands that a real estate transaction is one of the biggest decisions most people will ever make and that it requires absolute honesty, total integrity and sensitivity.

Apart from her thriving real estate career, Alexis is the proud mother of a 13-year-old professional actor and an 11-year-old elite figure skater. The family has resided in Northbrook for two years, but she has never strayed from her roots in Evanston where she was born and raised – and lived for over 40 years. Indeed, she met her husband there when both were in kindergarten at King Arts, the same school where her mother-in-law taught for nearly three decades! With Evanston so firmly in her family’s blood, Alexis truly knows the community and the whole of the North Shore with a depth and passion matched by few.
