About Sylvia

Sylvia believes her career in real estate was fated; as a child, she visited the Sears Tower and was awestruck by Chicago’s incredible skyline. All she could think about for years after that was how amazing it would be to be a part of such a magnificent city. After more than 15 years in hospitality, Sylvia decided to make her dream of helping others reach their real estate goals a reality. Now a real estate industry veteran, Sylvia helps each of her clients fulfill their own dreams.

A mother of three, Sylvia’s mastered the art of multitasking and creative problem solving. She puts these skills to work for each of her clients, patiently listening to connect and guide her clients to their ideal property. Sylvia specializes in investment and residential properties, and is an expert in the South Edgebrook neighborhood, a place she has called home for more than 22 years.

While most of her free time is spent with her lovely family, Sylvia always makes time for her favorite activities. Sylvia is a hardcore runner, competing in races across the city. This fitness lover is also a fan of kickboxing, a sport she’s been involved in for four years. Fun fact: Sylvia thought she would become an actor and vocalist. While in school at Indiana University Northwest, she put on a show in many school plays, as well as singing in several bands!
