Katy joins our team from Donlen, a Hertz Company, where she was Vice President of Business Development. There, she was responsible for new business development in the Midwest market. Katy’s background in sales and development, combined with her Marketing degree from Eastern Illinois University, have helped her develop her extensive negotiation and relationship building skills. These skills, along with her ability to connect closely with people, have allowed Katy to excel as a real estate broker.
The excitement of building and selling new homes is what made Katy realize her love of real estate and property development, especially in the Western suburbs. Because of her firsthand knowledge of the building and selling process, Katy is able to help navigate her clients to find the perfect home.
Katy enjoys spending her free time with her husband and three children. This foodie also loves exploring the newest restaurants with friends or enjoying a fine glass of wine while indulging in her guiltiest pleasure, Harry Potter.
