After earning her Associates Degree in Hospitality Management and her Bachelor’s in Business Management, Heba Helmi embarked on a highly successful career in the hospitality industry. As a senior sales and catering executive for high-end hotels, Heba utilized her abundant expertise to ensure complete client satisfaction. With her sharp negotiating skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, Heba executed flawless events on behalf of her clients. She is a savvy and patient communicator who excelled at guiding them through challenging and complex decisions – finding inventive ways and solutions to ensure that client objectives were realized with minimum stress. From demanding corporate events to lavish weddings, Heba carefully managed every step of the process - from initial contact and negotiation to on-site coordination and a successful conclusion.

Since earning her real estate license, Heba has brought these many strengths to the benefit of her buyers and sellers. She is a true people-person who genuinely enjoys meeting and engaging with people: Listening carefully to understand their needs and wants, and then guiding them throughout their real estate transaction. As a long time Chicagoland resident, Heba is deeply knowledgeable about the city and its many diverse suburbs – and is always eager to share her insights. She is passionate about civic engagement and is currently a member of the Lake County Village Networking Group and Mosque Foundation North. Arabic-speaking clients will be happy to know that Heba is bilingual. When she is not working, Heba loves taking advantage of all that the area has to offer. As an outdoor enthusiast, you might find her hiking in a nearby forest preserve, going horseback riding, or exploring one of the local beaches.
