About Chad

Chad Osborn comes to the real estate industry with a very distinctive combination of skills, expertise and knowledge. Earning his undergrad at Penn State and then a Masters of Science in Plant Genetics from Michigan State University, Chad embarked on a rewarding and successful career, including a decade long position as the senior horticulturalist at a boutique Chicago green construction firm located in the West Loop.  The firm specialized in designing, building and installing hydroponic living walls for corporate and luxury residential clients across the US and Canada.

After years of project management work and extensive support for his company's national sales team, Chad has acquired the rare ability to remain patient and focused on his client’s transactions from start to finish. He is able to translate vision into reality, while remaining a highly effective communicator and a sharp negotiator.  He also takes pride in the ability to forge enduring client relationships built on trust. 

Chad was inspired to pursue a career in real estate through his interaction with high-end developers, architects, interior designers and contractors.  He obtained his license and joined one of Dream Town’s top-producing groups.  Buyers and sellers alike now benefit from Chad’s unique strengths and capabilities.  

A strong advocate of community involvement and giving back, Chad is a Certified Green Buildings Trainer, a member of the Illinois Green Alliance and National Association of Realtors. Chad has called the North Side of the city home for the last 15 years and is familiar with all the Chicago neighborhoods, in addition to the North Shore suburbs, and what they have to offer.
