Prior to beginning his real estate career, Ben worked in event production and sales for more than 15 years. Ben’s experience in sales and appraisals made the transition into becoming a real estate broker a natural one. His understanding of the sales comparison approach, and what appraisers see as valuable property benefits each of his clients. 

Ben loves finding his clients their perfect property match. Whether on the hunt for their dream home or apartment, Ben tailors his approach to their specific needs. He appreciates that buying or selling a home is an important milestone in his client’s lives, and he works diligently to make the transaction as stress-free as possible. He believes that every client’s real estate goals are within reach, always working as an advocate for his clients. 

In his free time, Ben loves to stay active. He can often be found ice skating in Millennium Park with his wife in the winter, or exploring the city’s many festivals during the spring and summer—he looks forward to the Chicago Scottish Festival and Highland Games, the largest Scottish event in the Midwest! Ever an athlete, Ben loves team sports (he plays softball) and has even completed the Chicago Triathlon.
