Prior to beginning her real estate career, Ashley graduated magna cum laude from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a B.S. in Entrepreneurship. She immediately went on to get her sales agent license in 2011 and began working as a leasing agent. She then spent several years helping run her family’s business, The Cedar Mill Fence Company. During this time, she was able to learn about Chicago’s different neighborhoods and surrounding suburbs. She helped her clients build equity in their homes and loved creating their ideal backyard. From pulling building permits to reading surveys, Ashley feels knowledgeable about many aspects of construction.
Ashley has always been interested in the investing aspect of real estate, having bought and sold many of her own properties. She understands the buying and selling process and confidently guides her clients every step of the way. Ashley is an expert in finding, owning, and managing investment properties, and loves to help others find their ideal property—be it an investment, starter condo, or forever home. She currently manages her own rental properties across Chicago and knows the intricacies of this market.
If you’re looking for a restaurant recommendation, just ask Ashley. This foodie can often be found trying out the coolest spots across Chicago when not at Dream Town, and is guaranteed to have a suggestion or two up her sleeve. Ashley loves going to Chicago sporting events, dining al fresco with friends, and hanging out with her adorable dog, Luci.

We are so pleased that we had Ashley and Jason sell our University Commons condo! The fact they both live there--Jason is right up on the fourth floor and Ashley lives in a first floor unit just like ours, in an adjacent building--was the key factor. Ashley did a great job selling the virtues of first floor living, while Jason was helpful analyzing the comparable units before listing and then negotiating our offer. They also recommended a fabulous attorney to handle the closing. This unit became an investment property for us over the last several years, so we are thrilled to have it off our hands, thanks to Ashley and Jason!
Ashley was wonderful to work with, I highly recommend engaging her as your realtor. Ashley is truthful, reliable, practical and focused on ensuring that you find a home that suits your needs and is within your budget. She assisted me with a purchase of a condo near the UIC. Initially she assisted my daughter with filtering out properties I would like, and when she took me to the showing, she had familiarized herself with my requirements also. She was knowledgeable about the area and researched any questions about which she lacked information. She was responsive, respectful and extremely patient. My daughter most appreciated her for not being pushy to make a sale, and being diligent. By her own admission, my daughter has advised that she often ran late to showings but Ashley was punctual, and when my daughter was late in responding to emails, Ashley was patient and followed up gently to obtain the required response to keep the search active. She did a terrific job and I would engage her realty services again should the need arise. Keep it up, Ashley.
Both Jason and his partner Ashley assisted us with our University Village condo purchase and we were very pleased with their level of detail, especially when it came to negotiating, the inspection items, and their response times.
