About Aris

Aris Troncoso brings a unique perspective on the process of buying and selling homes through nearly 3 decades of experience as an electrician, carpenter, and industrial engineer. In addition to his practical knowledge of home construction and utilities, Aris is an expert on identifying issues that may arise during a property transaction, and then providing the effective preparation, problem-solving skills, and clear communication that play a critical role in overcoming them. He works hard to help his clients achieve their goals in the real estate market, listening closely to their needs and then leveraging both his personal resources and the team of brokers at Dream Town to produce the best possible results. Aris has also gained significant knowledge of internet marketing through e-Pro training and will be a designated Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) in 2018.

Aris has lived in the Chicago area for most of his life and has particular expertise in the residential markets of Old Irving Park. Outside of his real estate career, he volunteers for a number of service organizations including serving as the president of a Lions Club chapter.
