Adam began his career in real estate as a leasing agent, and found satisfaction in being able to help people in a stressful situation find a home. This motivated him to pursue a full-time career in the industry, and he went on to become a real estate broker. For the past seven years, Adam has leveraged his vast knowledge of property management and investment potential to guide his clients through future projections of income from rentals to sales. His success working with both investors and tenants led him to a job overseeing leasing and management operations for over 100 residential units in a dozen different properties in the Chicago area, ranging from condos to multi-unit buildings.
He understands that buying or selling a home is a major event in a person’s life, and loves that he can assist his clients throughout the entire transaction. Adam views his clients as partners, and prides himself on always being available for them and making sure they know they can count on him to represent their best interests. He prioritizes his clients’ interests, representing them with tenacity, advocacy, and integrity.
Adam holds a degree in Environmental Education and Outdoor Leadership from Arizona’s Prescott College, so it won’t shock you that he loves to get outdoors whenever he can. He can often be found hitting the road on his motorcycle, finding his way to some of the most beautiful locales the Midwest has to offer. Adam grew up playing hockey, and looks forward to cheering on the Hawks every season.

It's rare to meet and work with someone you feel comfortable with and can trust right off the bat. We were incredibly lucky to have met Adam randomly at an open house, where he offered to help us get started on our plan to first sell our condo. Adam is truly one of the hardest working realtors out there and that is coming from my husband who used to be a realtor. He was always available and very quick to respond to all parties, which was crucial as we know how fast things can move in real estate. Most importantly, he was never pushy with his recommendations, but rather provided us with valuable real estate advice that ended up saving us money and getting us the house we wanted. He was accurate in his assessment of the price we should list our condo in order to obtain a quick buyer as well as helpful with negotiation/buying strategies to get the home we wanted. Thanks to Adam's expertise on staging and photography, we sold our condo after our very 1st showing. He then quickly dropped everything to schedule us showings in multiple Chicago suburbs that were not close to each other. On top of selling, buying, and moving, our lives were further complicated with my pregnancy, and yet Adam always reassured us and stayed on top of everything to guide us through our most challenging and stressful times. Adam is a fantastic, knowledgeable and very efficient realty estate broker! He recently helped me purchase my investment property and navigated me through the process, providing not only the listings, but his professional advice and a great team of attorneys, inspectors and even contractors. He's been hands on in the entire transaction and went above and beyond his call of duty! Even though it was a slightly difficult transaction, since it was a short sale, Adam made the process very smooth and understandable. He has been much like a partner, not just a broker. Always available to quickly respond to questions, calls and emails. I would definitely recommend Adam's services to anyone either looking for a home or investment property!
