About Aaron
Aaron Masliansky provides his clients with comprehensive insights into the real estate industry. Aaron holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in urban planning from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and utilized this background in his prior professional experience working with a real estate developer. This experience gave him an in-depth understanding of marketing, financing, building, and legal issues related to new construction condos and mixed-use projects, knowledge that he continues to apply today as a real estate broker.
His organization, attention to detail, and responsive communication make him a dedicated advocate for both buyers and sellers. Aaron leverages every educational opportunity available to him and is certified through the National Association of Realtors as an e-PRO®, Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). He is also proud to be a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and an At Home With Diversity® (AHWD) specialist, a NAR certification program designed to reflect the evolving face of the real estate industry. Aaron offers expertise in the dynamic markets of the Chicagoland area with a particular focus on Skokie and Evanston and assists global investors through his work in international real estate.
Aaron is also the host of The Chicagoland Guide, a podcast that highlights the best places to live, work, and explore in Chicagoland. Through interviews with local business owners, community leaders, and residents, the show offers insights into vibrant neighborhoods, real estate trends, and the cultural richness of Chicago and its surrounding suburbs. In addition, he hosts The Real Estate Diplomat, an American's guide to global real estate, and Inside the Skev, which explores the stories and lives of the people in Skokie and Evanston, Illinois.
Aaron is active as a local and global leader in his community. He is the past Chairman of the Global Real Estate Council at the Chicago Association of Realtors, a former Young Ambassador for the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, a former fellow with the United Nations Association Chicago Chapter, and a Rotarian. He has also served on the Young Professional Committee of the Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center.
Outside of these commitments, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and indulging his interests in aviation and basketball. His work has been featured in the Chicago Tribune and on the National Association of Realtors podcast.

Aaron L. I don't think you could ask for a better Real Estate team. Aaron was always prompt to respond to all communications, and was always available for phone calls, even when he was out of town and at night. He always found time to visit a listing with us as soon as it became available on the private market, so we were always among the first people to view a home. He was a fountain of knowledge, whether about the neighborhood we were looking at or information about the house. He seemed to know everything about homes and would be able to point out positives or negatives about a home that wouldn't have appeared on the listing itself, or that the seller's realtor didn't seem to know about. He struck the right balance between giving guidance and knowing how to ask the right questions during a showing, but he wasn't at all pushy - it was so clear he wanted us to find the right house for us. Because we have young kids, sometimes my wife and I would have to visit a house separately, and he had no problem going with both of us individually and seeing the same house twice. He also had great recommendations for a lawyer and mortgage team. He went above and beyond in so many ways, and we are incredibly grateful for his hard work. If you're looking to buy or sell a home, he's your guy.
