About the Building

Park Edgewater is a beautiful European-style condominium originally built in 1929. It's a 15-story brick and limestone tower with 160 units located at 6101 N. Sheridan Road in the Edgewater neighborhood. Many of the condos have been renovated with modern upgrades and fresh new finishes. You'll find granite counters in many of the kitchens, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and new hardwood floors in the main living areas. But even the fully remodeled residences still hold a lovely vintage feel that many Chicago home buyers adore.

The condos at Park Edgewater include one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Some units are petite with about 600 square feet of space, while others offer a larger living area that can comfortably hold a small family. The building has ample storage and assigned parking spaces are available with some units. Of course, if you don't have a car the Red Line L has a convenient stop just two blocks from the Park Edgewater's front door. The area is very walkable and Hollywood Avenue Beach starts just south of the condos providing a perfect place to catch some rays and enjoy the Chicago summers.
