This modernist high rise, built in 1971, features 53 stories and 624 luxury condos, each with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony. When it was built, Newberry Plaza was the sixth tallest all-residential building in the world, and it's still the tallest building in the immediate vicinity.
