Penny is a very hard worker and does a great job! She is knowledgeable and responds quickly to questions. Provides detailed explanations and if she doesn't have an answer she asks. She went above and beyond my expectations and made the whole process seamless. I recommend her to anybody that is selling a home or looking for a new one.

Penny is very knowledgeable and professional! I highly recommend her if you are looking to buy, sell, or rent! She was very knowledgeable when giving advice and helping me understand what to do when we decide on selling our home and buying a new one.

 

As a first time home buyer, I was extremely nervous. I found a house & I decided to start the process I met Penny at her office I was treated with so much hospitality couldn’t feel anymore comfortable. The whole process between showing homes to the final closing was nerve wrecking but Penny did absolutely everything to make sure I understood the situation on every level & made me feel confident that I was in good hands. Penny made us feel secure and confidents in every step we were taking in the process of buying our house. She knows the area and gave us great insights about it. She also explained us the pros and cons of each property that we've seen, without been invasive.

Perseverance! Penny did a great job keeping at getting a sale when it looked bleak. We had to keep at it through covid and after many months, it went through.

 

 

We met Penny by accident when we went to look at a home for lease. We didn’t know that you could use a realtor to represent you in the leasing process. We did not like that house but took Penny up on her offer to assist us find a lease and are sure glad we did. She found a house that had not even gotten fully listed that was fantastic. She negotiated every thing from the no pet rule to a complete cleaning and she spent two hours doing a detailed accounting of the condition of the home. Fantastic service and a super nice person. We were shocked to get a delicious gourmet housewarming gift! Now here is the real kicker, nearly a year later we had questions about our rights when the owner wanted to show the house and so I texted Penny. She called me right away and was extremely helpful and thorough in following up. Her advice was invaluable. And she does not charge for this level of service. I highly recommend Penny whether you are leasing or buying a home. Also if you are listing she explained her code of ethics in making sure everything is fair and above board.

 

Penny was so much help with the purchase of my new home. She answered all of my questions and what she didn't know she found someone to assist me with it. She was on top of what was needed to get me to my closing and was very polite all the time.

Penny was the only realtor that personally sent me a brochure and houses in my local area which I was advised to look for in a realtor. She tool care of potential issue so it never became an issue. She is knowledgeable and trustworthy.

I was moving to Illinois from the west coast and selected to find a realtor on Zillow. The gentleman referred me to Penny. I will say that I was a little hesitant to select my realtor online, being that I had talked to another realtor who was referred to me and he did absolutely nothing. My experience with Penny was better than I could have imagined. I knew what I was looking for in a home, but knew absolutely nothing about the area or what neighborhoods to look at. Penny did a phenomenal job educating me on the surrounding areas, providing virtual tours, telling me what I should be cautious of when inspecting a house. It took seven offers to get one accepted, but that was to be accepted in today’s market. I absolutely love my house, neighborhood and new village and would highly recommend Penny to anyone.

 

Penny was a great resource. I was purchasing the property from the West Coast and she was able to conduct FaceTime tours for me. She was knowledgeable and trustworthy, showed everything that was needed from the neighborhood to the close up of windows, pipes, etc. Penny made the stress of buying a home from out of state and amazing experience.

 

Penny was very patient with me throughout the beginning when we started looking at homes that fit my criteria. I wasn’t sure I would ever find one place that would work for me but Penny kept showing me places until we found the one. She made that whole process of negotiations move along quickly. She kept me well informed of the step that lead up to the closing. It was a smooth process with no issues. After 2 years, I’m still very pleased with my purchase. Persistence and patience are Penny’s strong skills. As a veteran, I’m even more pleased that Penny was able to stick
to the strict guidelines that not many agents or realtors know about.
