Mario listed my 101-year-old mother's 2 family house in old Norwood Park (Chicago). I was the sole trustee /executor of her estate but living in Florida. Mario handled everything in a very professional manner and kept me abreast of everything. Upon getting the listing, he got a professional photographer to take multiple pictures inside and out. He arranged for an open house for all the realtors. He produced a printed flyer of the property and distributed it around the immediate neighborhood. Oh yah, I needed to hire an attorney and get the property appraised by a certified/licensed appraiser to establish a stepped-up basis for tax purposes. He assisted me in both of these important hirings. His local knowledge of Norwood Park and his network of professionals to assist us in our sale were invaluable. He hired contractors, cleaning people and staging company and while we paid the bills Mario coordinated with each one of them so we didn't have to drive into the city.
