Cody was very responsive and helpful in my home search. He took a lot of the pressure of the process by being patient and explaining each step of the procedure to me in a way that I understood (as a first time buyer). He also made sure to keep me up to date with the various parties of the transaction so that communication was smooth.

Cody was so knowledgeable, always quick to respond to any questions we had, and never hesitated to go above and beyond. We hit a few snags along the way and he always had an immediate resolution for us. He made this (potentially stressful) situation feel so easy. Cannot recommend him enough!

Second, he went above and beyond in helping us prepare our condo for sale. We sold from out of state, and Cody was fantastic about coordinating with local professionals to get the unit tidied up for sale. Third, he was not pushy. Cody is an excellent realtor! When we requested for an appointment to view a property he was quick to respond and made appointments even quicker. Cody is someone who you would want on your side whether you are buying or selling. He is extremely patient! We went back and forth on a single family home to a 2 unit home. He asks all the right questions for his client which makes us feel more relaxed while viewing properties. He is assertive and he is definitely an excellent negotiator. I would highly recommend Cody.
