On Golden Pond

Winner of multiple Drama Desk Awards including Outstanding Play, “On Golden Pond” focuses on Ethel and Norman Thayer. It’s their 48th summer at their cabin in Maine, and they’re disrupted by their estranged daughter and her 13-year-old stepson. It’s a tender, sometimes hilarious, illustration of human relationships.

Cupid’s Undie Run 

Since 2010, this annual nationwide event has raised over $23 million for the Children’s Tumor Foundation. This year’s Chicago event at Sluggers Sports Bar in Wrigleyville kicks off with drinks and dancing followed by a mile(ish) run.

Flowers and Gnomes

Gala for a Good Cause
