The History of the “Green Book”

The Illinois Holocaust Museum is hosting a traveling Smithsonian exhibit about the history of “Green Book,” the travel guide for Black Americans in the mid-1900s. This life-saving guide was used to help people travel safely through the country, and this exhibit tells its story through film, photographs, oral history, and historical objects. Don’t miss this incredible exhibit and check out the rest of this amazing museum while you’re there.

Hop Over to the Easter Bunny HOP!

The musical comedy Easter Bunny HOP! comes to Evanston, straight from New York! Watch as the Easter Bunny searches for his lost eggs with the help of his fairy-tale bunny friends. With fun music and the chance to take photos with the Easter Bunny after the show, this is bound to be a hopping good time for the whole family!

Be Our Guest… at the Culinary Cabaret
