I have been curious how the rehab of my brother's house was going so I looked it up.  I was stunned to see that it looks amazing and is already up for sale.  I know a nice family will purchase it which was always my deepest wish. This all began with you!  Your willingness to work on a very modest property, the Herculean work you did to prepare it for sale.  I will be forever grateful.

If 5 is the highest, then I rate Todd a 6! Mine was a tough deal, but Todd stood strong. He handled every aspect with poise, professionalism, and determination. I always felt like he had my back. Todd was a "dream" to work with. He helped us naviagate the entire process from preparing the place to go on market to the final steps. Todd was the most aggressive of the candidates we interviewed when we chose a realtor to sell our two condos, and he delivered, proving himself far more knowledgeable and in-tune with the market than the others. He was very creative in his listing efforts, and went far above and beyond what any other realtor would have done to get the transactions closed. When it came time to help us buy our house, he really got to know us and what we were looking for in a house, including the "feel" of it, which can be very difficult to identify. When he told us he found the house for us, he was right, and we quickly called the place "home". Todd has a great handle on the market, gets to know his clients well in order to serve them the best, is great to work with, and works his tail off to satisfy. We couldn't have been happier with our choice to work with him, and would recommend him to anyone!
