Nicole Hajdu is an exceptional realtor and an even more exceptional person. Our realtor/ seller relationship began long before we signed paperwork with Nicole. It started with a phone call months before we were going to sell. I told Nicole about the improvements I was making. We discussed neutral paint colors, as well as the importance of staging. Every month or so, I would check in with Nicole on my progress. Each and every time, she was helpful and offered great advice regarding my home improvement projects. She also shared her analysis of the market and the best time to list our home. Because of this ongoing communication, when it came time to list our home, it was a breeze. We took Nicole's advice and we removed all of the "extra stuff" from our home. (People with children will understand how important this part of the process is.) Then, with Nicole's advice, we chose the best art work and accessories to make our home shine. As a result, when prospective buyers went through our home, they asked whether it was staged or whether people actually lived there. (We actually lived there!) The end result? After a weekend of showings, we had multiple offers on our home. Nicole offered sage advice regarding the offers and helped us choose the best one for our situation. Our house hunting mission was mission impossible from the start. I wanted a house that was in my 5 block radius with a list full of must haves! Oh and I didn't want to pay an arm and a leg either! Sounds like a dream! Literally, it was a dream that I thought would never happen! I thought we would be renters forever! We needed a miracle to find this house, and we were lucky to find that miracle in our realtor, Nicole Hajdu! It took us about 4 years to find our dream home, but Nicole stuck with us the whole time! Nicole was great. She was highly experience agent and very patient. As a first time buyer she was very informative about the buying process. She was very active asking the sellers agent, association the right questions. History of the building, special assessments, reserves. We made VA offer that was accepted and was able to get the building VA approved in 10 days. She also worked weekends to accommodate my schedule.

I can not say enough good things about Nicole. She is very knowledgeable and made my search for a house easy and fun. She made herself available 24 hours of the day, 7 days of the week even when she had to go out of town! If that's not dedication, I don't know what is. She educated me throughout the whole process. She taught me what to look for and avoid when looking at houses that a common joe like myself would miss. She provided recommendations for inspectors, contractors, HVAC cleaners, electricians, plumbers, and the list goes on. I know if I ever run into problems with my new house, she can provide a contact. Nicole has all the training an certifications that most realtors think they can somehow get by without and still deliver top tier service. This gave me confidence in her not missing any detail or angle in the marketing and selling of my condominium. She was very supportive during the process, and very frank about the realities of the market we find ourselves in and the risks and opportunities going forward. Our situation was a a difficult one because the condominium association was being sued thereby greatly limiting the buyers to cash only. Despite this she found a buyer within days who came through with a fair price and a very short closing time. We highly recommend Nicole.

All I can say is that my husband and I were browsing the market for a few months. We were surfing online, on our own, because we really had no interest in working with a realtor so if we saw something online that we felt was walk through worthy, we'd call the listing agent and schedule a walk through... until Nicole Hajdu. Nicole knew so much about the house she was selling so it was obvious that she really did her homework on her listing (Note to SELLERS, there's nothing more annoying than a realtor who seems uninspired or ready to leave).
